We aim to dispatch orders within 1-3 business days of receiving your order, excluding weekends and public holidays.
When you place an order with Healthylife what you should expect to receive is:
an order confirmation by email shortly after placing your order online (remember to check your junk/spam folder just in case!).
We will then send further emails to advise when your order has been packed, collected by our courier, in transit, on board for delivery and delivered.
Your tracking information should come through once your order has been collected from our couriers. Please note you may not receive an update to your tracking information for 24hrs or until the courier makes an initial scan after pick up. Please make sure that the email is not caught in your Junk or Spam Folder.
