When Will My Order Be Dispatched?

We aim to dispatch orders within 1–2 business days after your order has been placed, excluding weekends and public holidays.

Orders placed with our Same Day or Next Business Day delivery services will be prioritised and processed within 1 business day. See further details below.

What to Expect After Placing Your Order

Once your order has been placed, you’ll receive updates from us throughout the delivery journey.

1. Order confirmation

You’ll receive an email confirming your order shortly after placing it online.

Please check your junk or spam folder if you can’t see it in your inbox.

2. Order progress updates

We’ll send further emails when your order has:

  • Been packed and is ready for collection

  • Been collected by our delivery partner

  • Been loaded onboard for delivery

  • Been delivered

Please note:
If you have selected Same Day or Next Business Day delivery, or your order is being delivered via GoPeople, you’ll receive tracking updates directly from GoPeople via SMS and email once your order has been assigned to a driver.

For Standard or Express delivery: where applicable we may apply a Next Day delivery service provided by GoPeople to your order free of charge. Please allow up to 24hrs for tracking to be sent to you from GoPeople directly to you.

For Same Day or Next Business Day delivery: GoPeople driver allocations generally occur from 3pm onwards.

Once assigned, you’ll receive access to live tracking, allowing you to:

  • View your driver’s location on the map

  • Follow your delivery progress in real time

  • Send any delivery instructions directly to your driver (if required)

3. Tracking information

For orders delivered by our other courier partners, your tracking details will be sent once your order has been collected.

Please note:

  • Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear after collection

  • Some tracking information may not update until the courier completes their initial scan

  • Please check your junk or spam folder if you haven’t received your tracking email

Track Your Order Online

You can also check the status of your order at any time by logging into your Healthylife account.

To view your order history:

  1. Log into your Healthylife account

  2. Select the Account icon in the top right-hand corner

  3. Select Order History

Please note: Your order must have been placed while logged into your Healthylife account to view tracking updates online.
