When you place an order at Healthylife, we will keep you updated along the way while you wait for your goodies ππ¦
What you should expect to receive is:
an order confirmation by email shortly after placing your order online (remember to check your junk/spam folder just in case!).
We will then send further emails to advise when your order has been packed, collected by our courier, in transit, on board for delivery and delivered.
You can also track the status of your Healthylife order by logging into your Healthylife account.
Please see the steps below.
1. Sign into your Healthylife account via https://www.healthylife.com.au/login
Please note that if you have not made an account prior to ordering or were not logged in at the time of ordering you will not be able to see history of your order & will need to contact our Customer Care Team for further advice.
2. Once logged in click on Order History under your profile symbol.

You will need to complete the two-step verification by entering the code sent to your email address.
Then select the order you wish to track by clicking on the Invoice #
3. You will then be taken to a screen that shows a snapshot of:
The details you had provided on your order.
What this order contained, the status of the order (Paid, Processing or Dispatched).
If the order was split into separate shipments.
To track each shipment the order must be on a Dispatched status as seen in the image below. Simply click on the Track tab to load your tracking.
β4. You will then be taken to a tracking screen to view where your order currently is in transit.
Furthermore, you can click on the hyperlink that says Australia Post (or Startrack) to view your orders status directly on the couriers website that your order was sent with as seen in the last image.
