Dispatching Your Prescription Order

Time frames for a Prescription order

Have you placed an order for prescription medication, and wondering what the next step is?

If you chose 'Paper Prescription' when submitting your order, you will need to post this to your nearest Healthylife Pharmacy store. See store locations HERE. The pharmacists at Healthylife Pharmacy will then dispense your medication upon receipt of your paper prescription, and get your order ready for dispatch.

If you have submitted an eScript token when submitting your order, the Healthylife Pharmacy team will be able to start dispensing your medication/s right away, and get your items ready for dispatch.

The Healthylife Pharmacy Team will check to see if your prescription items need to be packed in the same parcel as any other Healthylife items you may have purchased, and ensure that those pharmacy items get packed and dispatched together. Any prescription items will be packed in a black bag for privacy reasons, and placed in a box to be labelled and shipped.

The timeframe for dispatching prescription orders once we have a valid Australian prescription is anywhere from 1-3 business days.

We will always aim to get your order dispensed and dispatched as soon as possible, but if you have any queries in regards to the progress of your order please feel free to email the Healthylife Pharmacy Team who can look into this further for you. Please note that with Cold Chain Prescription items we will only dispatch these orders at the beginning of the week between Monday to Wednesday. We will not dispatch these orders on Thursday or Friday as our couriers do not operate over the weekend. This ensures your order will not be left in unfavourable conditions in the courier depots over the weekend.
