Posting Paper Prescription To Us

When you purchase Prescription medication online with Healthylife Pharmacy, we require either a valid Australian paper prescription or an E-script in our possession before we can dispatch your medications to you. Due to legislation, we are not able to accept scans or photos of your paper script as valid copies.

After placing your order online via Healthylife, prescription product orders will be dispensed the day your prescription or valid repeat authorisation is received at one of our Healthylife Pharmacy registered premises.

Please send your prescription paperwork as soon as possible to the appropriate store for your state location. You can refer to the store locations listed below, or Healthylife Pharmacy Team will be in contact with further details.

To ensure the quickest delivery, please post your prescriptions asap after ordering so we can dispatch your order to you. You are welcome to drop your prescription paperwork off instore at your local Healthylife Pharmacy for future use.

If we have your prescription paperwork on file, dispatch can be as quick as the same day.

Posting Prescription Paperwork

You will need to ensure that you physically ship your prescription paperwork to your nearest store by sending it to the most relevant address below, or alternatively, head into your nearest store and drop it off.

In all cases please note we will still need to receive a physical copy of your prescription paperwork before we can dispatch your order to you.

However, we are more than happy to check and provide information on your medication when you send it to via the following means. This can be to check your prescription is valid, in date, pricing, if you are unsure what option to select online, etc.

Emailing a copy of your paper script.

The below is purely for information purposes and is not a substitute for the physical paper script. In order for us to dispense and post your medication, we need to receive the physical copy of the paper script.

If you would just like to confirm any details or the validity of your script, send an email to care@healthylifepharmacy.com.au with a copy attached.

Text a photo of your paper script

The below is purely for information purposes and is not a substitute for the physical paper script. In order for us to dispense and post your medication, we need to receive the physical copy of the script.

If your mobile plan supports MMS you can text us a photo of your script for verification to our email address.

To send a text to an email address, take a photo of the script, view the photo on your phone and you can choose to send the photo as a message.

Enter care@healthylifepharmacy.com.au into the box where you would normally put a phone number and send.

Fax a copy of your script
