How can I monitor the number of repeats remaining on my paper prescription if 'My Script is on File'
How can I monitor the number of repeats remaining on my paper prescription if 'My Script is on File'

With every prescription medication we dispense there is small print on the bottom right hand corner of our dispensing labels with how many repeats you have left.

Our Pharmacists will also add a Last Repeat sticker to your medication box as a further notification when the last repeat has been used for this prescription.

Please note that if you have provided Healthylife Pharmacy multiple prescriptions for the same medication, the repeats advised on the box will only be for 1 of the prescriptions.

As an example, you have supplied us 2 separate prescriptions for the same medication and strength. Each prescription generally comes with 6 repeats (unless your Dr provides more or less). Healthylife Pharmacy will use the prescription with the shorter expiry date first, using all repeats before starting on the second prescription on file.

Healthylife Pharmacy can also link your repeat prescription information to an app called MedAdvisor which our customers can sign up to via their website and/or download an app to view what prescriptions are available.

If MedAdvisor is something you wish to sign up to please email us at care@healthylifepharmacy.com.au and we can provide instruction on how we can get this started for you.

Customers can also email us at care@healthylifepharmacy.com.au or call us 1300 463 342 selecting option 2 and we will be able to assist you in finding out how many repeats you have left on file.

Currently, we do not have an option to view your repeats through your online account but stayed tuned for more soon πŸ‘€
