When your doctor gives you an electronic prescription, you will be sent an encrypted 'Token’.
This is an electronic message with a QR code sent to your mobile phone (SMS message or via any apps you may have) or computer (via your email account).
The token will provide you with an electronic prescription ‘code’ which you enter into the system when you proceed through the checkout process. Our system will validate the token code provided is correct before proceeding in the checkout.
After each dispensing on an e-prescription a new token code will be generated for any remaining repeats your Dr has prescribed. We'll naturally keep these on file for any future usage but in the event you require these back just contact our friendly Healthylife Pharmacy Team by emailing care@healthylifepharmacy.com.au or calling 1300 463 342 & selecting option 2 during business hours.
If we have kept your e-prescription repeats on file from a previous order, just select the option "My script is on file" to proceed in the checkout as seen in the screenshot below.
