Ordering your prescription medication online with Healthylife is easy. Follow the steps below to place your order using an Electronic Prescription (eScript).
Before you start
To order your prescription medication online, you'll need:
✅ A Healthylife account (click here & select Join Today to sign up)
✅ Your electronic prescription (eScript) token from your doctor (sent via SMS or email)
✅ Your Medicare details (if applicable)
✅ Your concession card details (if applicable)
1. Find your medication
Search for the prescription medication that matches what your doctor has prescribed.
Once you've located the correct medication, make sure you are logged into your Healthylife account before proceeding.
2. Select the correct prescription pricing option
Healthylife currently supports three prescription pricing options online.
Medicare (PBS)
Select this option if you have:
A valid Australian Medicare card
A valid Australian PBS prescription
No Medicare (Private)
Select this option if you do not have a Medicare card or a Private prescription.
You must have:
A valid Australian prescription
Concession (PBS & Concession card)
Select this option if you have:
A valid Australian Medicare card
A valid concession card
A valid Australian PBS prescription
Our pharmacists will confirm your eligibility during the dispensing process.

PBS Safety Net customers

3. Create a patient profile
Before adding your prescription, you'll need to create a patient profile.
A patient profile identifies the person the prescription has been written for. It only takes a couple of minutes to set up and will be securely saved to your Healthylife account for future prescription purchases.
Need help creating a patient profile?
Once your patient profile has been created, select the correct patient from the drop-down menu.
This ensures your prescription medication is linked to the correct person before continuing.
4. Add your prescription
You'll now have two options:
➕ Add a new script
Select this option if:
This is your first prescription order with Healthylife
Your prescription has not previously been saved to Script Wallet
For a new electronic prescription, select:
Add a new script → Electronic Prescription (eScript)
📱 Use a prescription from Script Wallet
If you've previously saved your prescription to Script Wallet, you can select it instead of entering your prescription details again.
Script Wallet securely stores your eligible electronic prescriptions within your Healthylife account, making future prescription orders quicker and easier.
5. Enter your eScript token
Enter your eScript token code into the box provided.
Your token will be validated automatically.
Once successfully validated, select Confirm & Continue
Having trouble validating your eScript?
Please check that your token has been entered exactly as it appears in your SMS or email from your doctor.

6. Add your medication to your cart
Select the quantity you'd like to order.
Please note: A maximum of 2 units per prescription medication can currently be ordered online.
You'll also have the option to select:
One-time purchase
Your medication will be ordered once and will not repeat automatically.
AutoDelivery
Set up regular deliveries of your medication so you don't run out.
You can manage your AutoDelivery settings through your Healthylife account.
Once ready, select Add to Cart.
Then select the cart icon in the top right-hand corner and follow the checkout prompts to complete your order.
What happens after placing your order?
Once your order has been placed, it will be sent to our Pharmacy Team for review.
Our pharmacists are required to review and approve your prescription before your medication can be prepared and dispatched.
We aim to dispatch most prescription orders within 1–2 business days on average.
If our Pharmacy Team requires any additional information, we'll contact you as soon as possible.
