Our pharmacists will confirm your eligibility during the dispensing process.
Medicare
Select this option if you have:
A valid Australian Medicare card
A valid Australian PBS prescription (please refer to the example below of where the checkbox next to PBS will be either ticked or crossed to confirm if PBS)
No Medicare
Select this option if you do not have a Medicare card but have:
A valid Australian prescription (please refer to the example below where there is no cross or tick next to the PBS section, indicating a private prescription)
Concession
Select this option if you have:
A valid Australian Medicare card
A valid concession card (please refer to the example below of applicable concession cards we accept. If you hold a concession card and wish for Healthylife Pharmacy to keep this on file, please email a copy to care@healthylifepharmacy.com.au)
A valid Australian PBS prescription (please refer to the example below of where the checkbox next to PBS will be either ticked or crossed to confirm if PBS)
