Healthylife currently supports three prescription pricing options online.
Our pharmacists will confirm your eligibility during the dispensing process.
Please note that if you have an Electronic Prescription, you will need to forward us a copy by email so our team can confirm the correct pricing for your prescription.
Medicare / PBS Pricing
Select this option if you have:
A valid Australian Medicare card
A valid Australian PBS prescription (please refer to the example below of where the checkbox next to PBS will be either ticked or crossed to confirm if PBS)
No Medicare / Private prescription
Select this option if you:
Hold a valid Medicare card or do not have a valid Medicare card
A valid Australian Private prescription (please refer to the example below where there is no cross or tick next to the PBS section, indicating a Private prescription)
Concession
Select this option if you have:
A valid Australian Medicare card
A valid concession card (please refer to the example below of applicable concession cards we accept. If you hold a concession card and wish for Healthylife Pharmacy to keep this on file, please email a copy to care@healthylifepharmacy.com.au)
A valid Australian PBS prescription (please refer to the example below of where the checkbox next to PBS will be either ticked or crossed to confirm if PBS)
