Creating a patient profile to order prescription medication online is quick and easy. Once created, your profile will be saved to your Healthylife account, making future prescription orders for yourself, a friend or a family member even simpler.
Before you start
To order prescription medication online, you'll need:
✅ A Healthylife account
If you don't have an account already, click here and select Join Today to sign up.
1. Find your medication
Search for the prescription medication that matches the medication prescribed by your doctor.
Once you have located the correct medication, make sure you are logged into your Healthylife account before continuing.
2. Create a patient profile
After selecting the correct prescription pricing option for your needs (see here for more details), click Please select a patient and then select Add a Patient.
A sidebar will appear on the right-hand side of your screen. You will need to complete all required sections with the patient's current and accurate information.
Please ensure you provide details including:
Pregnancy or breastfeeding status (where applicable)
Any known allergies
Current medications being taken
Providing accurate information helps our Pharmacy Team provide the safest and most appropriate care for you.
Once all details have been completed, click Add Patient at the bottom of the screen.
Your patient profile will then be linked to the prescription medication you are purchasing.
Updating an existing patient profile
If you need to update information on an existing patient profile, simply select that patient while reviewing a medication. An Edit button will appear on the right-hand side, allowing you to update the details.
