When you select Same Day Delivery, here’s how it works and what you can expect.
Cut-off times
Pharmacy products: Order by 10:00am
All other products: Order by 1:00pm
If your order contains a mixture of the products above, the cut-off time will be 10:00am. This is because Pharmacy items are supplied by a separate business to Healthylife Online.
Orders placed after the relevant cut-off time will be scheduled for next business day delivery.
⚠️ Important: Same Day Delivery is not available for business addresses, PO Boxes, or Parcel Lockers, as our courier partner (GoPeople) is not associated with Australia Post, and also deliveries may occur up until 9pm when most businesses are closed.
Order processing & tracking
Once your order is placed, our team gets started straight away.
Tracking is typically sent at around 3:00pm, once your order has been collected by the driver.
Tracking is sent via email and SMS.
This is live tracking, allowing you to:
See the driver’s location in real time
View an estimated delivery window
Message the driver directly with questions or delivery instructions
Deliveries can occur anytime between 3:00pm and 9:00pm. While we can’t guarantee a specific delivery time or arrange this directly with the driver, delivery timing depends on the route allocated by GoPeople.
At the time of delivery
If you’ve selected Authority to Leave, the driver will leave your parcel in a safe location provided the driver deems the location suitable and take a photo as proof of delivery.
Once delivered, you’ll receive a confirmation email and SMS.
If there is no Authority to Leave:
The driver will attempt to call you 2–3 times, so please keep your phone nearby.
The driver may also call if they need clarification on delivery instructions.
If the delivery cannot be completed:
Your order may be returned to our warehouse, or
Taken to a nearby Collection Point (if available) for safe pickup.
