Having Your Order Left If No One Can Sign

Where & how Healthylife provides the option to have your items left in a safe place or a signature required upon delivery.

Updated over 2 weeks ago

You can provide us the Authority to Leave your Healthylife order whilst in the checkout. Alongside that, you can also leave a comment or instructions for the delivery driver.

It is important to note that providing an authority to leave or delivery instructions is a request & will not guarantee that your delivery will be left at your shipping address.

Our couriers may for whatever reason deem the location not to be suitable, unable to access, do not have their delivery vehicle within sight whilst making the delivery, etc.

The screenshot below shows that after selecting your delivery method in the checkout there is a comment box for your delivery instructions. If providing an Authority to Leave you will need to also tick the checkbox just below the comment area. This is crucial for our couriers to receive your request. If you require a Signature upon delivery do not tick this box.

In the event your order has not been dispatched and you need to make a change to your order, please contact our Customer Care team immediately on 1300 463 342 during business hours or email us at care@healthylife.com.au

Once your order is on it's way to you, you should receive a notification informing you of the delivery, and at this stage, you may be able to also request with the courier directly that the item be left in a safe place. Unfortunately our team will not be able to pass on your request once the courier has your parcel.

Should this Authority to Leave not be provided prior to dispatch of your order, the driver will generally require a signature, and take the item to your local Post Office for a safe collection if you are not available.

Please be aware that once you provide Authority to Leave, you do so at your own discretion and with the full understanding that we are not to be held liable for the order once it has been delivered.
