Can I change my delivery address after I have placed my order?

Yes – you can, as long as your order hasn’t left our warehouse!

What if My Order Has Already Been Dispatched?

If your order is already on its way, don’t worry – redirection may still be possible, but it depends on the courier and delivery speed selected. Please note that express shipping services may have more limited redirection options.


How Can I Redirect My Parcel Myself?

If redirection is still available for your delivery, you can easily update your delivery address using the Australia Post MyPost app or by contacting the courier directly.

Here’s how:

  1. Create or log in to your free MyPost account:
    👉 Sign up to MyPost

  2. Make sure the email address and phone number on your MyPost account match the details used when placing your Healthy Life order – this allows Australia Post to link your parcel.

  3. Once you receive your dispatch confirmation email (with tracking details), simply:

    • Log in to your MyPost account

    • Enter your tracking number

    • Follow the prompts to select your preferred redelivery option:

      • Redirect to a new street address

      • Deliver to a 24/7 Parcel Locker

      • Collect from a participating Post Office

      • Deliver to your PO Box

You’ll receive real-time updates through the MyPost app as your delivery progresses.


Important Info:

  • Redirection may cause slight delays depending on your new delivery location.

  • Collection timeframes:

    • Parcel Lockers: 48 hours before it is moved to a post office for collection

    • Post Office (Parcel Collect): 10 business days

    • PO Box: 30 days
      After these timeframes, uncollected parcels will be returned to our warehouse.
