Once we have received your email, we will investigate and get back to you as soon as possible with any update we can provide. We may need to raise a case with Australia Post if we cannot find any information on the whereabouts of your parcel, and we will let you know the case number if this occurs.
We take these situations very seriously and will do all we can to achieve a desirable outcome for you, however, please note that our solutions for this are handled on a case by case basis, and we cannot always guarantee we will be able to resolve the issue directly with the courier. We will keep you updated every step of the way and ensure that these situations are handled as quickly as possible.
In events as such, we will communicate this with you and look to proceed with our standard refund or replacement process.
Please ensure that it has been more than the estimated delivery time of your service and be aware that during certain times of the year, such as Christmas and Mother’s Day, delivery times may be longer than expected due to the sheer number of deliveries being made.
