Please note these types of addresses cannot be used for our same day delivery service.
To add your PO Box or Parcel Locker address in the checkout, just click on the 'Can't find your address? Try full form' as seen in the screenshot below. This will open all address fields for you to add your address in.
We have also introduced Auspost Collection points as a shipping option in our checkout.
This option is for our customers that do not have a designated PO Box/Parcel Locker number but wish to have their orders directed to a Auspost collection point for a safe collection.
To utilise this option just click on the wording "Auspost Collection point" as seen in the screenshot below:
Continue to fill out the required fields. With the last field just type in your postcode or suburb & select from the drop down menu for your location.
Once you have selected your location you will be displayed with the various collection points available. Just click on a selection where it will be highlighted in grey and proceed to click on the green tab that says Continue to Delivery Method.
For customers that select a parcel locker collection point, when your delivery has been received at collection point Auspost will be in contact with you directly to advise you parcel locker number and code to access your parcel. Healthylife so not have access to this information. In the event you need to clarify these details please contact Auspost directly.
Due to high demand, there may be some circumstances when all parcel lockers at your chosen collection point are being used. In the event this occurs your parcel will be taken to your local post office for a safe collection.
