We hate to see your much anticipated order arrived damaged!
Our couriers general process is to inform us should any items become damaged whilst in transit to you so there are no nasty surprises when your delivery is made. Once we receive this notification, we take it upon ourselves to assess the damage and decide the best course of action. Generally we will communicate this whole process to you, and work to get you the items you ordered in the best condition possible.

However, in the unfortunate circumstance that an order you have received contains damaged items that our couriers did not advise us of before it got to you, please get in touch with our Customer Care Team by either jumping on our online chat, emailing us at care@healthylife.com.au or call 1300 463 342 during office hours so that we can follow up on the issue.
In your enquiry to us please provide us much detail as possible so our team can best assist you. This should include photos of the damage, a clear description of what items were damaged, your order number and any further feedback you would like to provide.
Please do not discard the item/s before our Customer Care Team reply to your enquiry.
Depending on the severity of the damage our team will provide a speedy solution at our discretion.
