When you place an order with items set up for Auto Delivery, we want to make your experience as seamless as possible. To ensure convenience, you'll be prompted to choose a preferred card, which will be securely saved on your account for all future Auto Delivery charges.

Please note that currently, we exclusively support saved cards as the payment option for Auto Delivery.

Once you've confirmed your order, we'll keep you in the loop. You'll receive an email after the window for order edits has closed, providing a detailed breakdown of the exact price we'll attempt to charge you. With Auto Delivery, you'll always enjoy the benefit of the lowest eligible prices for your chosen products.

Within the first 24 hours of order confirmation, our system will automatically initiate a charge on your saved payment method. In the unlikely event of a payment failure, rest assured that we've got you covered. We'll promptly notify you via email, giving you the opportunity to address any issues.

Should the first attempt encounter a hiccup, we'll make a second attempt to charge your payment method. If, for any reason, the second attempt is unsuccessful, we'll notify you once more. At this point, your Auto Delivery will be temporarily paused, and your order won't be processed until you decide to reactivate it in the future.

Once your payment is successfully processed, our dedicated team springs into action. They work diligently to package and dispatch your products promptly through our trusted courier services. Your satisfaction is our priority, and we aim to make your Auto Delivery experience as smooth and worry-free as possible.
