How does two-step verification work?
Step 1: Attempt to log-in to your Healthylife account, just as you normally would.
Step 2: Verify your identity with a one-time code sent to your email address or a text to your mobile. Text message will only be available if you have set a mobile number to your account previously.
This email will be sent from noreply@healthylife.com.au
If the email does not arrive within a few minutes, make sure you check your spam or junk folders, and look to whitelist the above email address.
Code's expire within 10 minutes. You can request the code to be resent to you by pressing the "Resend Code" button
If your identity cannot be verified with a two-step process, you may have to contact our Customer Care team in order to update your account details. You can contact us at care@healthylife.com.au or call on 1300 463 342 during business hours (8:30am - 5:00pm AEST).
