My verification code has been sent to an email I no longer have access to? What do I do?

If you cannot access the email address that was used to send your code to, please select the text message option instead. Unfortunately, Healthylife is unable to update the email address for your online account due to the software we use. If you have a new email you can create a new account.

We can update the mobile number on your account if required.
