Can I skip an upcoming Auto Delivery?

Absolutely! We totally understand that sometimes the timing of an upcoming Auto Delivery might not align perfectly with your schedule, so we’ve made it easy to adjust.

To keep things convenient, you’ll receive a reminder before your Auto Delivery is processed. If the timing isn’t quite right, you can effortlessly skip the upcoming delivery in just a few steps:

  1. Log in to your Healthylife account.

  2. Click on the Account icon in the top right-hand corner.

  3. Select AutoDelivery from the menu.

  4. You’ll be taken to a page showing all your active Auto Deliveries. Here, simply click on the option to Skip to the next payment cycle.

  5. A pop-up will appear confirming the next payment date for your Auto Delivery—just click the green tab to confirm, and you’re all set!

This allows you to defer your next delivery and gives you the flexibility you need. Afterward, your Auto Delivery will resume as usual without any hassle.
