Our goods and services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. For major failures with the service, you are entitled:

  • to cancel your service contract with us; and

  • to a refund for the unused portion, or to compensation for its reduced value.

If you receive an item that is faulty, we will happily:

  • Refund the purchase price of the faulty product(s).

  • Replace the product(s), of the same amount of the original purchased item(s).

For some high value items, Healthylife reserves the right to have the product assessed for acceptable quality prior to providing a solution.

To initiate your return request, please email our Customer Care team at care@healthylife.com.au with the following:

  • Order number

  • Product/s and quantity of each that you have experienced a fault with

  • Detailed explanation of the fault that has occured

  • Photos and/or videos to display the fault

Please do not dispose of the faulty item until a Customer Care representative has confirmed this with you. In some rare cases we may need to obtain more information from you and/or the manufacturer may require the product back.
