If you have changed your mind about a product purchased from Healthylife, we will provide a refund [at our discretion], provided that the product:

  • is flagged with us for return, with valid proof of purchase, within 30 days of purchase;

  • is in its original condition, including with original packaging and security seals intact;

  • is not a product that is an exempt product (as set out in the Products exempt from Change of minds returns)

  • Has not been used and, if a perishable product, is not expired or close to expiry

We may be required to obtain images, videos and product information such as batch & expiry dates prior to authorizing your return.

Healthylife reserves the right to refuse a refund for unverified purchases.

Return shipping is at the customer's expense for Change of Mind returns.

This policy is in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

To initiate your return request, please email our Customer Care team at care@healthylife.com.au with the following:

  • Order number

  • Product/s and quantity of each you wish to return

  • Reason for the return

  • Photos of the product to show the security seals are intact, batch and expiry date
