Why is my voucher code not working?

Voucher is not applying to the checkout

Receiving an error message when trying to apply a voucher? Here are some reasons that may be causing the issue.

  1. Voucher has expired - please be sure to check the T&C's of your voucher to confirm when it has expired.

  2. The voucher excludes certain products from its use - typically, but not restricted to, Healthylife Pharmacy products will not be included in voucher codes provided by Healthylife. From time to time other exclusions may apply so just be sure to read the fine print of your voucher.

  3. Minimum spend is required - you may be required to spend a certain amount to unlock the voucher with eligible items.

  4. You must be logged in to your Healthylife account to use the voucher -

  5. You may have already redeemed this voucher on a previous order - each voucher can only be used once unless otherwise specified.

  6. Your voucher may have a limitation on how many people can redeem the promotion - check the T&C's of the voucher to confirm if a limited number of customers were able to redeem it as it may be a first in, first served basis.
