From time to time, you may find an identical product available for a lower price from another Australian retailer. In these instances, we’re happy to review a Price Match Request for eligible products prior to your ordering.
How to Request a Price Match
We can price match most Australian competitors for up to:
3 identical units per product
Per customer, per day
To submit a Price Match Request online, you can either:

Select Price Match Request through our online chat service
Please provide the following information:
The product(s) you would like us to price match
The competitor's name and product link (where available)
The quantity of each item you would like to purchase
Our Customer Care team will review your request and confirm whether the product qualifies. Please note that our team may contact the competitor to verify pricing before approving the price match.
In-Store Price Matches
If you would like to request a price match in-store, please provide either:
A current catalogue from the competitor showing the advertised price; or
The name of the competitor, so our team can verify the price online
Any approved price match will be applied at the time of purchase.

What We Cannot Price Match
We are unable to price match the following:
Clearance items or discontinued products
Cashback offers or store credits
Bonus, bundle or multi-buy promotions
Coupon or voucher promotions
Grey import products or products not sold through an authorised Australian reseller
Online-only specials
Marketplace third-party sellers (separate from the direct retailer)
Commercial orders
Competitor pricing errors
Member-only or subscription pricing
AutoDelivery pricing
Products with limited or restricted quantities
Products that are currently out of stock with the competitor
Important Price Match Conditions
To be eligible for a price match:
The competitor must be an Australian retailer with a physical brick-and-mortar store presence within Australia
The competitor price must be current and publicly available
We must be able to easily verify the competitor's advertised price before your purchase is completed
The product must be identical (same brand, size, model and specifications)
Healthylife is not obligated to approve a price match request and cannot authorise price matches where the requested price falls below our cost price.
Please note that we are unable to disclose our product cost prices.
Price Match Vouchers
Where approved, price match vouchers:
Are valid for 24 hours only
Can only be used once
Cannot be shared with another customer
Misuse of a price match voucher may result in the cancellation and refund of the order.
