Can I add to my AutoDelivery?

Need to add something more to your AutoDelivery - not easy!

Certainly! You can easily include additional products in your existing AutoDelivery, giving you full flexibility and control over your recurring orders.

If a product has the AutoDelivery option available, this means it’s eligible to be seamlessly added to your current AutoDelivery schedule. If you notice an item that doesn’t have AutoDelivery active, please contact us on the details at the end of this article & we’ll be happy to look into it further.

Please note: If your order is in the Lock In phase (24hrs before we process payment) and you add new items to your AutoDelivery, those items will be billed in the next scheduled AutoDelivery cycle, not the current one in the Locked In phase.

When adding items to your cart, you’ll have the option to choose whether you’d like to add as:

  • A one-time purchase, or

  • To add the item to your AutoDelivery as a recurring purchase

This allows you to fully customise your AutoDelivery to suit your needs, ensuring a convenient and personalised shopping experience every time.

For eligible products, follow these simple steps:

  1. Search for the product on the Healthylife website.

  2. Tick the AutoDelivery box (found on the right-hand panel of the product page).

  3. Next you'll choose to either Create a New AutoDelivery (if you don't already have a pre-existing AutoDelivery) or Select an Existing AutoDelivery. If you have multiple AutoDeliveries, select which one you’d like the product added to from the drop down.

  4. Before finalising your addition, you can select what quantity you wish to add to the AutoDelivery. If adding to an existing AutoDelivery, please be sure to check the tick box if you only want to add to your AutoDelivery as a one-time addition. Leave this unticked if you wish for this to be a regular addition.

  5. Click the Add to AutoDelivery button & you are done!
