Can I cancel my AutoDelivery anytime?

Changed your mind about an AutoDelivery and need to cancel? Not a problem 😉

You’re in full control of your AutoDeliveries!

You can cancel any AutoDelivery at any time - it’s completely up to you. Please note that cancelling an AutoDelivery will stop all future orders from being processed. However, if an order has already been paid for or is currently being prepared, cancelling won’t interrupt that particular delivery. If you need a currently paid or processing AutoDelivery cancelled, please contact our Customer Care Team as soon as possible on the details below.

Once deleted, your AutoDelivery won’t automatically renew moving forward.

To manage or cancel your AutoDelivery:

  1. Log in to your Healthylife account.

  2. Go to your account settings and select AutoDelivery.

  3. Find the AutoDelivery you wish to cancel.

  4. Click More → Delete.

It’s that simple! You’ll have full control to update or cancel your subscriptions whenever it suits you.
