Forgotten or need to update your password? That's alright, it happens to all of us. Resetting your password is as easy as 1, 2, 3!

1) Click on the Account icon located on the top right hand side of the website.

2) Click on "Forgot your password".

3) You'll be taken to the screen below where you just need to confirm the email for your Healthylife account and click on "Submit". That's it!

We'll then send a link to your email to reset your password. It's that easy!

If you had created your account using the "Sign in with Google" option you won't be able to use the 3 step process above to reset your password as you have used your Google login details to create an account with us. You will need to refer to Google to for further information - click here.

You can also update your password via your account settings when logged in to your account. Simply login to your account, click on the Account icon in the top right hand corner and select the option Account Details. You'll just need to scroll down on the page presented to locate the Update Password prompt which is just above the Logout button.
