Why didn't I earn Everyday Reward points for all or some items in my order?

Everyday Rewards points are issued for applicable items shipped by Healthylife only.

Exclusions for Healthylife are:

gift cards, delivery charges, any services or subscriptions where payment is not taken on healthylife.com.au and any HealthyLife Pharmacy purchases of Pharmacy Only, Pharmacist Only and/or Prescription Only products, or consultations (booking and appointment fees) made online or any in-store purchases.

Unfortunately, Healthylife Pharmacy products are not eligible for Everyday Rewards Points.

Any products that contain a blue tagging on the product image that says Pharmacy Only, Pharmacist Only and/or Prescription Only will not be eligible for Everyday Rewards points.

Further below are some examples of what these look like.

Please ensure you are logged in to your online account with Healthylife and have your Everyday Rewards card linked prior to purchase.
