What is an Electronic Script or E-Script, and how do I use it to order my medication?

An Electronic-script or e-Script, is a digital version of a paper prescription.

It’s sent to you by your doctor as a QR code or 15-18-digit token through email or text.

You will receive one token for each item prescribed by your doctor.

See the example below - the red rectangle box contains the token that is required to order a prescription item online.

To purchase your prescription medication online, and you have an electronic prescription, simply add your medication to the cart, continue to patient details and select 'I have an electronic script' in the drop-down menu. You will then be required to enter the "token" (in the red box above) into the eScript Token section below.

Please ensure that the patient and eScript token details are correct before clicking 'Continue to checkout'. The checkout will validate your token code is authentic and current prior to finalising your purchase.

Used a token code with us before? For each repeat on an eScript a new token code is generated so the previous one becomes obsolete. We naturally keep your repeats on file for future use so rather than select the the 'I have an electronic script' please select the 'My script is on file' option. If you do not have any repeats on file the Pharmacy will be in contact by email.

If you do not have an eScript, and instead have a paper script, read more here:
