Updating your saved payment options on your Healthylife account is quick and hassle-free!

Important: If you have an active AutoDelivery that requires a new card, be sure to update your payment details using the steps below. You can also find additional instructions in our Help article.

Adding a New Payment Method at Checkout (Image 1)

If you're new to Healthylife or want to save a new card, you can do so easily during checkout:

  1. Enter your shipping details and select your preferred delivery method.

  2. In the Payment Method section, input your card details, including the expiry date and CVC.

  3. A “Save card to account” option will appear just below this area - simply check the box to securely store your details for future orders & continue to finalise your order.

All saved payment information is encrypted for your security and privacy.

Managing Your Payment Methods in Your Account (Image 2, 3, 4 & 5)

You can add, update, delete, or set a default card anytime from your Healthylife account:

  1. Log in and click the Account icon in the top-right corner.

  2. Select Payment Methods from the menu.

Here’s what you can do from this page:

  • Add a new card – Click "Add a Card" and follow the prompts.

  • Delete a card – Click the bin icon next to the card you wish to remove.

  • Set a default payment method – Click the select icon next to your preferred card (it will turn blue), then click "Set as Default" to finalize.

  • Update an existing card – To update card details, simply delete the outdated card and add a new one following the steps above.
