How to track my order/delivery

To track your order follow the below steps:

1. Go to https://auspost.com.au/mypost/track/

2. Type in your tracking number into the field below  (you will find your tracking number in your order confirmation email) 

3. The delivery tracking updates of your order will be displayed on the screen. 

All Healthy Life orders are shipped via Australia Post e-parcel. You will be able to track your order using a unique tracking number that is associated with your order. You will receive the tracking number associated with your order via email once your order has been processed by our warehouse. 

Please note you will only be able to track the delivery status of your order after it has been processed by our warehouse, not before.
