We understand that sometimes you won't be at home to receive your delivery, and that’s OK.
This is what will happen to your delivery if that’s the case:
- The delivery driver will always ring/knock at your delivery address and will try to get a delivery signature from you or any other member present at the address.
- If nobody is home, the driver will assess the place, look for a safe space to leave your parcel and take a photo as proof of delivery.
- If the driver believes it is not safe to leave the parcel at your delivery address, they will leave a note in your mailbox or front door, notifying where you can go and collect your parcel.
It will generally be your closest Australia Post office from your address.
You'll have 10 business days to collect it before it’s returned to the sender.
