I can't link my Everyday Rewards Card

Healthylife recommends you use Chrome (for best use of our site) and adding your Everyday Rewards card, however other browsers are also compatible.

Note, for security purposes, Healthylife cannot add your Everyday Rewards card to your account for you.

1) "Something went wrong! We were unable to log you in. Please try again later"

If you are seeing this message on your screen, it is an issue with the Everyday Rewards platform.

To fix this

- Go to the Everyday Rewards app or website and reset your Everyday Rewards account password

- Come back to www.healthylife.com.au , log in and try to link your Everyday Rewards card. See below for how to link your Everyday Rewards card from your account.

If this does not work - please contact Everyday Rewards directly and they will be able to assist.

2) Access Denied - How to troubleshoot

We see some customers having issues linking their Everyday Rewards Card whilst on a VPN connection or a virtual machine. This is usually because of web security reasons on the Everyday Rewards site.

  • If you have an active VPN or using a Virtual machine, can you please disable it and try again.

  • If you have disabled your VPN and are still getting the Access Denied message, you will need to contact Everyday Rewards to have this resolved.

3) Everyday Rewards Linking Error - How to troubleshoot

We see some customers having issues with Everyday rewards card linking when their session expired.

  • Session expiry usually happens, if you are idling on the account page for more than 20 mins or taking a long time to enter your rewards card.

  • If you have cleared your browser cookies

  • If you have blocked cookies on your browser

To resolve, logout of your Healthylife online account and try logging in again. Then go to your Account settings and try to link your Everyday Rewards Card again.
