When you book a service, you'll receive a confirmation mail from Nabooki.
- In your booking confirmation email from Nabooki - click "Manage Booking"
- This will then take you to a page where you select to either cancel or reschedule your booking. Simply follow the prompts.
Alternatively, you can call the practitioner/service directly, their contact details will be included in your confirmation email.
Note: Each practitioner will have their own policy for modifying a booking, please see your confirmation email for timings on these as they may vary.
