What if I can’t collect my order in time?

We get it, sometimes your plans change, and you may not be able to get to collect your order in time. Just a reminder, you have 7 days to collect your order from the time you receive your Awaiting Collection email. If this isn't enough time or something has come up, just contact our Customer Care team within one week of your awaiting collection email to prevent your order from being returned to our warehouse. We’re happy to accommodate!
